Seth Sutherland – Field Representative

 

Seth began his Real Estate career in 2005 as a residential appraiser. Later in 2007, he acquired his Real Estate license and officially joined the Coastal Properties team in June of 2008. Seth has achieved State Certification for Residential Appraisals and uses his skills to evaluate & market REO properties for the company. Seth’s role consists mainly of property inspection, repair estimates, and market valuation of all REO listings.
