His family owned and operated a contracting business since 1957.They were involved
in Home building and the development of communities in the greater Boston area.
Mark also worked for a major construction supplier and was involved in the Big
Dig project in Boston. He has been a licensed Realtor in Florida for nearly 20
years and has a great understanding of the local market .Mark has an extensive
background in all aspects of Real Estate operating his own brokerage Palm Coast
Realty from 2001 to 2009. .Mark than gained experience in the foreclosure market
handling REO sales nationally for a New York stock exchange company involved in
nearly 500 foreclosure sales. Mark is a Certified Short sale Agent and foreclosure
Specialist. .
